Responsible Gaming at 8999k — Your Safety Is Our Priority
8999k believes that fun should have limits. Play safely and protect yourself by following our tools and guidelines.
Why Is Responsible Gaming Important?
Online betting and casino gaming can be a great form of entertainment — when approached with the right mindset and within set limits. At 8999k, we believe every player should treat gaming as entertainment, not as a guaranteed way to earn money. Gaming should not become your primary goal in life or a solution to financial problems.
Our platform is built for people in Bangladesh who enjoy cricket, football, or slots in a safe and controlled way. But if you ever feel that your interest in gaming or your urge to play is going beyond limits, 8999k is always here with the right tools and support.
On this page we will explain: how to set deposit limits, how self-exclusion works, what the signs of problematic gaming are, and where to get help.
This platform is for people aged 21 and above only. Registration or play by minors is strictly prohibited.
8999k Safety Tools
Using the tools below on our platform, you can always keep your gaming experience under control.
Deposit Limit
Set a maximum deposit amount on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Any request to increase the limit only takes effect after a set waiting period, to prevent decisions made in the heat of the moment.
Time-Out Feature
If you feel you need a short break, you can take a time-out for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days. During this period, logging into your account or placing bets will not be possible. It is a simple way to take a temporary break.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel that gaming is having a negative impact on your life, choose long-term self-exclusion. Once activated, your account cannot be reopened before the set period ends.
Session Time Limit
Set a limit in advance on how long you play in one sitting. Once the set time is up, an automatic warning or logout occurs so you do not spend too much time playing.
Gaming History and Review
View your full betting history and transaction details from your account at any time. Staying aware of your own habits is the first step toward responsible gaming.
24/7 Support
Contact us via live chat or email for any questions or help related to responsible gaming. Our team is ready to assist you in Bengali seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day.
